Hey, it's either but set up for rear due to long cable. The red pin can be reversed so it's universal. I've got it set the American way as I was akwardly trying it!
I'll sell it for about £30
the pads are used but I'm not sure how much is left on them tbh!

how much will you sell the rear wheel for.do you have the set of brakes.how much if you do.

ill defo take the wheel if its cheep enough.and brakes depending on pice and set
